A relaxing afternoon at the Boboli Gardens

Today was a GORGEOUS day out. So after class, I went to the market, and bought something I have not gotten before: fresh pasta! I went to my friend's pasta lady, who has a special on Tuesdays. These spinach and ricotta-filled ravioli are 6.50 for a kilo on Tuesday, as opposed to 8.70 every other day. I got a half kilo and will get three nice sized portions out of it. I'm thinking simple- brown butter sauce and freshly grated parmigian. I'll update you on it.

Then after my second class I went to the Boboli Gardens. I hadn't been there since 2003, and it was exciting to go back. The gardens are HUGE. We plan on going every Tuesday (weather permitting), and discovering more and more of the gardens.
